Subscription Renewals
Pro subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel your plan from the Billing page before your renewal date. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we review every request individually — contact us and we'll do our best to help.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order ID or the date of purchase.
- We respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription periods used for more than 7 days beyond the initial purchase.
- Charges resulting from policy violations or account suspension.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime from your Billing page. After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
